As promised, in one of my recent posts, we’re going to be posting a lot more content. Specifically, recipes we’ve been perfecting for work.
We recently cooked over 300 buffalo chicken wings at work, and I spent a few days absolutely stinking of buffalo sauce. It was worth it though. These wings are delicious and they went down really well!
This is a super easy way to make buffalo chicken wings without having to deep fry them. We had our with sides of veggies and two dips: ranch dip and hot sauce.
You can eat these wings with anything, as a snack or as party food if you’re having friends over. If you don’t like buffalo sauce, you can easily substitute it for BBQ sauce.
If you do decide to go with the BBQ sauce option, put the wings in the oven with no sauce (just the flour) and cover in the BBQ sauce half way through cooking.
