Cin Cin, Hove | Restaurant Opening

I have always wanted to visit Italy, whenever we get asked those questions like “if you could visit ONE country, where would you go?” both of our answers are “Italy!”.

Luckily for us, we have some restaurants in Brighton that bring Italy to us. Cin Cin being the one that does it the best, in our opinion. Cin Cin has gone from serving food out of a converted truck, to now opening their second restaurant in the city.

Josh and I have dined at Cin Cin on a couple of occasions, I went for their launch and then we went for our 2 year anniversary. We’ve never had any complaints, and with an ever-changing menu, you can never bore of eating there.

When you dine at Cin Cin, you’re in for a real treat. The customer service is like no other, you’ll know exactly where everything you eat comes from and it’ll be paired with the perfect glass of wine.

The menu consists of small plates which change regularly, and they also have a specials menu which you’ll always find something interesting on.

Cin Cin moves to Hove

When we found out Cin Cin would be moving to Hove, we were over the moon. It’s literally a 5 minute walk away from us now, so I imagine you’ll find us down there fairly often.

We were invited down to their launch event and were treated really well with endless supplies of food to taste and prosecco to drink. What more could you want?

The Food

Throughout the evening we were brought tasters of their menu to try. Being vegetarian, I didn’t try all of it, but Josh gave me his expert opinion on each dish I didn’t get to eat. He’s a very hard person to please, and he loved every single thing that touched his mouth.

Njuda and polenta croquettes with parsley mayo

Cin Cin will always be one of our favourite restaurants, and them opening up a second restaurant just goes to show the rest of Brighton agrees with us too! If you haven’t been yet, we highly recommend it!
