Review: Guylian Chocolates | Jess & Josh Cook

If you’ve never tried Guylian chocolates then first of all, where have you been all your life? Secondly, get up and head to the shop right now and buy some. It’s that good.

We were sent this little bundle of joy from the guys at Guylian for a combined Mother’s Day and Easter gift. I’ve only ever actually tried the classic seashells before so I was very excited to get my hands on this, that and the fact I’m a chocoholic.

In our bundle we received a box of Guylian Praline Sea Shells, Guylian Mini Filled Eggs and the Guylian Flame Egg.

We didn’t actually try the flame egg because Josh lazily gifted it to his mum for Mother’s Day. However, she gave rave reviews as the Belgian chocolate egg is filled with six praline sea horses.

Most of the seashells went into a recipe that we may share with you guys in the future (Josh is still working on perfecting it), but I scoffed the rest of them and can confirm, they’re delicious.

These were my favourites and I will absolutely be heading to the shops to buy them again before the end of Easter. Three types of mini eggs; milk truffle, praline and dark praline. Divine. The kind of chocolates you can eat and eat without realising half the box has gone (or is that just me?!). I had a hard time deciding which flavour I preferred but I think the original praline won it for me.

Have you tried any of Guylian’s Easter range? What did you think?
